This is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or pull official booking records. Contact the agency that created or holds the record for an answer.
Start with the Right Office
For a current Owyhee County custody question, use the sheriff and jail contacts below. For a police incident, contact the department that made the arrest. For a final case result, contact the court or search iCourt. A city address and a jail address can point to different custodians.

Where to Look for Each Need
Choose the channel that matches the record:
- For a current roster entry, a booking number, or the county custody report, use the Owyhee booking and roster records page.
- For a warrant list or live warrant confirmation, use Most Wanted Fugitives and call dispatch, option 2.
- For a Homedale incident, contact the Homedale Police route and ask which records custodian receives the city form.
- For Marsing, current city material routes law enforcement to the county sheriff. The Marsing records path explains the substation and county form.
- For Murphy, the sheriff and jail are the local county-seat sources. The Murphy record path explains the custody caveat.
- For a court case, hearing, or disposition, use the Owyhee County court page and iCourt.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Idaho Department of Correction search. For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP or ICE locator.
Safety and notification contacts are separate from public mugshot searching. AlertSense is the county-linked emergency and community-alert service, while Owyhee County Victim Services describes case notification, safety planning, protection-order assistance, referrals, and VINE registration. Neither is a public booking-photo feed.
